Payment processing

DineXpro platform subscriptions are sold through Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Card payments made by guests to venues through DineXpro are processed by Stripe (Stripe Connect); for those payments, the venue is the merchant of record.

Supervisory authorities (Romania)

Data protection: the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). Consumer protection: the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC). EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
